Google startar kampanj för att få Apple att stödja RCS

Det senaste året har Google blivit alltmer tydliga med att de tycker att Apple borde införa stöd för RCS (Rich Communication Services), vilket är ersättaren för SMS och MMS. Google menar att det skulle kunna förbättra kommunikationen mellan dem med iPhone och Android med sina förbättringar gentemot SMS. Företagets senaste kampanj "Get The Message" är kanske den största ansträngningen från företaget hittills att göra allmänheten medveten om "problemet". Så här skriver Google på sin sajt:
"It’s time for Apple to fix texting.
It’s not about the color of the bubbles. It’s the tiny photos and videos, no texting over wifi and no read receipts. Apple creates these problems when we text each other from iPhones and Android phones, but does nothing to fix it."Läs mer på Googles sajt.
