Samarbetet med EA Sports verkar vara dött
EA Sports och FIFA har samarbetat sedan 1993, men det verkar vara dags för skilsmässa. För någon vecka sedan hintade EA Sports att de börjat undersöka att döpa sitt populära fotbollsspel till något annat, vilket berodde på att FIFA kort och gott ville ha mer pengar via samarbetet. FIFA har i samband med detta varit rätt tysta, men nu har organisationen släppt ett pressmeddelande där vi får reda på hur FIFA ser på framtiden. Enligt pressmeddelandet vill organisationen fokusera på spel och eSport och att de varit i kontakt med andra spelutvecklare och andra teknikföretag för att bredda FIFA:s varumärke på spelfronten.
