Spotify köper AI-företaget Niland

Spotify fortsätter att köpa upp startup-företag och nu meddelar man på sin blogg att man har förvärvat det franska företaget Niland. Niland har byggt en artificiell intelligens som med hjälp av maskinlärning verkar vara bra på att kunna hitta musik att rekommendera baserat på det lyssnaren för tillfället lyssnar på. Spotify skriver i ett blogginlägg:
"Niland has changed the game for how AI technology can optimize music search and recommendation capabilities and shares Spotify’s passion for surfacing the right content to the right user at the right time."
Vad Spotify betalade för Niland finns det inga uppgifter om.
